WP7 Organocatalytic multicomponent large scale synthesis of structurally diverse oseltamivir derivatives

Objectives
Prepare key compound for studying a model domino reactions. understand all request and parameters of the reactions. Use different organocatalysts prepared in the consortium with the model reactions and test them. Analyse the model reaction in terms of yield and productivity.
Description of work
The work will involve . We will focus our attention on the development of the new derivatives. The action of produce new organocatalytic domino reactions will be finalized in working towards structure, in order to prepare them for testing conduced in China. With the designed new organocatalytic domino reaction and in collaboration with the other partners (CU, UNIBO, UNI-Koeln, SYSU, PolyU) we will study of the scale up new oseltamivir derivatives, helping in partner in reaction discovery and chemistry.
Deliverables
A Single report (D14), at month 36, will be provided detailing with the characterization and results obtained in the synthesis of the new derivatives. Details of the journal publications realised and planned from workpackages. Aspect of this driveable will be presented in the public domain via the web interface and the scientific part of the project symposia (D16)
